During the Well-being Week in Kankaanpää, you can take part in active breaks, exercise sessions, study and writing meetups and even join a shared outdoor walk and campfire evening.
The highlight of the week will be on Thursday, 13 November, when Kankaanpää hosts well-being lectures and a community Wellbeing Market event.
If you participate in at least three activities during the week, you’ll receive the official Well-being Week overall patch.
Come take care of your wellbeing and enjoy time together!
